    101-320 $300.00

    More than 320 $300.00 plus $20.00 for each additional 100 acre-feet or any part thereof.

     

    The fee for an application in which storage is requested, except for domestic use, shall be:

    0-250 $200.00

    More than 250 $200.00 plus $20.00 for each additional 250 acre-feet of storage or any part thereof.
