Dairy Farm Permits

All dairy farms, milk processors and milk distributors must be licensed.  An initial application form must be filled out prior to becoming licensed.

Dairy farm permits are issued to the applicant and are valid until a change in ownership or a quit.  An application for a dairy producer farm permit is included the the Grade A Producer Information Packet.

Dairy Distributors / Dairy Processing Plant Licenses

Dairy distributors and dairy processing plant licenses are renewed each year on January 1.  Renewal notices and renewal applications are sent out several weeks prior to the renewal date each January 1.
