Dairy Manufacturing Plant License Application
A dairy manufacturing plant is any place where dairy products, Grade A milk or milk products are manufactured or prepared for sale or distribution, either at wholesale or retail.

Single Service Dairy Container Manufacturing License Application
A license is required to manufacture Single-service dairy containers or to manufacture single-service dairy containers closures.  A single-service container is intended to be used once to package, handle, store or serve of Grade A milk or Grade A milk products.

Dairy Distributors License Application
A dairy distributor is any person who first sells or offers for sale in Kansas any packaged milk, milk products or dairy products.  Dairy distributors licenses are renewed every January 1, and renewal notices are mailed several weeks before that date.
