The dairy inspection program of the KDA investigates all consumer complaints that we receive concerning dairy products. You can contact us by phone or e-mail address given on the Consumer Information web page. Once a complaint is received you will be contacted by phone and if necessary a KDA inspector will collect a sample of the dairy product in question for analysis in our KDA dairy laboratory. Following the investigation, you will be made aware of any action that was taken.
