Governor Brownback signs water related bills
On Mar. 5, Kansas Governor Sam Brownback signed the first two water-related bills of the 2012 session during a ceremony in Garden City and challenged Kansans to embrace the new laws. The new laws are designed to conserve the state’s water supply and extend the life of the Ogallala Aquifer. [more]
