Fee Information
License fees are based on a warehouse’s overall capacity and its number of functional units. A functional unit is defined as “a public warehouse which has the capacity to store grain” and is separated from the licensed warehouse by some distance.

Amendment Fees

Special Examinations (also used for original or accelerated exams)
$50 per hour with a minimum of four hours charged
Mileage at a rate of 50.5 cents per mile both ways
Motel cost at actual rate
Per diem at a rate of $9 per quarter day
Late Fees – Any time an application or supporting documents are not received 30 days prior to the expiration of a license, the license holder is assessed a $5 per day penalty.
