Our program offices are on the third floor of the Mills Building which is on the southwest corner of 9th Street and Kansas Ave in Topeka. Enter the building from the 9th Street side and take an elevator (or stairs) up to the 3rd floor.

Our normal hours are Monday through Friiday from 8:00 to 5:00. Due to flex schedules, leave, and frequent out-of-office travels, we ask that you schedule your visits so we can have the specialist(s) you need available when you arrive. For the same reasons, we ask your indulgence when a specialist is unavailable and has to return your call.
