If you are not engaged otherwise in commercial pesticide business activities, then to catch and remove a pest from someone else's property you do not need to be certified as a pesticide applicator nor do you have to perform this work under a pesticide business license .
If you are planning to catch and relocate wildlife, be sure to contact your local US Fish and Wildlife Service and Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks before hand.
