Inspection Fees
The fee for all inspections is $30 per hour with a one hour minimum plus $0.43 per mile.
Inspections taking longer than one hour are charged in quarter-hour increments.
Only the time to actually conduct the inspection is charged.
The Karnal bunt seed testing fee is $50 per sample.
Certificate Fees
The fee for certificates issued for international shipments is $50. These include:
PPQ 577, Federal Phytosanitary Certificate
PPQ 578, Federal Export Certificate, Processed Products
PPQ 579, Federal Phytosanitary Certificate for Re-export
The fee for certificates issued for domestic shipments is $20. These include:
European Corn Borer Certificates
State Phytosanitary Certificates
Live Plant Certificate of Inspection
Weed-free forage transit certificate (state phytosanitary certificate)
The fee for weed free forage bale tags is $0.15 each
