Bees and beekeeping equipment
Kansas does not regulate the import of honey bees or beekeeping equipment. These items can be moved into Kansas from any state without an inspection.
However, most states regulate the entry of honey bees and beekeeping equipment. Program staff can provide inspections of bees and beekeeping equipment needed to satisfy the requirements of the destination state.
