EAP form- Significant Hazard Dams This EAP form meets the chief engineer's guidelines for significant hazard dams. High hazard dams are required to meet the FEMA guidelines presented in handbook 64 "Federal Guidelines for Dam Safety", available at the DWR. Upon completion, return a copy of this form to DWR.

Excel program to design rock chutes for grade stabilization
Based on the research presented by Robinson, Rice, and Kadavy for the "Design of Rock Chutes", Transactions of the ASAE Vol. 41(3):621-626, 1998, a spreadsheet program was developed to aid in rock chute design. This program is intended for use with Excel in Microsoft Office 97.
