Upper Solomon

The precipitation chart was derived from various National Climatic Data Center stations including Studley in Sheridan County, Densmore in Norton County, Lenora in Norton County, Norton in Norton County, Rexford in Thomas County, Damar in Rooks County, Hill City in Graham County, Hoxie in Sheridan County, Logan in Phillips County and Mingo in Thomas County.  Precipitation averages 21.29 inches since 1939.  The highest total was in 1993 with 33.31 inches and the lowest was in 2002 with 10.97 inches.

Lower Solomon

The precipitation chart was derived from various National Climatic Data Center stations including Phillipsburg, Kirwin, Lebanon, Smith Center, Covert, Alton, Plainville and Webster.  The subbasin averages 23.34 inches in precipitation.  The highest precipitation totals occured in 1993 with 42.87 inches and the lowest in 1905 with 8.22 inches.

Mainstem Solomon

The precipitation chart was derived from various National Climatic Data Center stations located in the subbasin including Barnard, Beloit, Cawker City, Glen Elder, Ionia and Minneapolis.  Precipitation in the Mainstem Solomon subbasin averages 26.47 inches since 1900.  The highest precipitation totals occurred in 1993 with 48.96 inches and the lowest in 1956 with 12.12 inches.
