Water Transition Assistance Program
  • Voluntary program designed to help restore aquifers and streams in critical areas 
  • Permanent dismissal of water right
  • Land is available for dryland farming
  • Monetary compensation is based on the amount of Historic Consumptive Water Use available under the water right
