Impairment Investigation Reports

Pursuant to K.A.R. 5-4-1, impairment investigation reports completed after October 29, 2010, will be posted on the agency's website as initial reports for at least 30 days.  This will allow time for comment by the complainant, other affected parties and the groundwater management district board, if the complaint involves groundwater within a district.  After 30 days, or a longer period of time if it is granted by the chief engineer, comments that we receive will be considered.  The final report will be prepared and posted here in the final reports section.
