Food Safety and Lodging Inspections

The Food Safety and Lodging program is responsible for licensing and inspecting lodging facilities, grocery stores, restaurants in grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, school kitchens, senior meal sites, mobile food units, ice cream trucks, vending machines, food wholesalers and warehouses, food processors and food manufacturers.

NOTE: The Kansas Department of Agriculture food safety and lodging inspection reports you are about to access are public records, and they contain the names and addresses of licensed food and lodging establishments.

PROHIBITED USES: K.S.A. 45-230 prohibits using names or addresses derived from public records for certain commercial purposes. Violating this law can result in a civil penalty.
